Group Health Insurance

Individual Health Benefits
A consumer can buy health insurance for themselves or family coverage without the employer involvement. Request Info

Disability Insurance
Disability insurance is an income replacement policy due to illness or injury. Some disability policies will pay an income benefit until the insured’s normal social security age. Typically a group disability plan is less expensive than an individual disability plan and the group plan is a guarantee issue, which means the benefit is easy to put into place. Request Info

Life Insurance
Life insurance can be purchased through an employer group plan or on an individual basis. Some group life insurance can be purchased without any medical underwriting up to a certain amount. Request Info

Dental Insurance
Many group dental plans are designed so the insured can go to any dentist of their choice. If the insured goes to a dentist that is in network, then many plans will cover the preventative visits at a 100% benefit, sometimes without a doctor visit co-payment. The basic and major services are usually covered at 80% and 50% after a deductible. Request Info

Voluntary Employee Benefits
The voluntary benefits can be payroll deducted each pay period. Some of the voluntary benefits can be deducted on a pre-tax basis. Such benefits are: dental, cancer, vision, accident and sickness, to name a few. Request Info

Flexible Spending Plans
These plans allow an employee to pay for childcare and medical expenses on a pre-tax basis. Request Info

401(k) Plans
A 401(k) plan can be offered by a corporation to its employees, and allows employees to set aside tax-deferred income for retirement purposes. In some cases employers will match their contribution dollar-for-dollar or up to a certain percentage. Request Info
